ORIGINAL NEWS ENTRY:
Hello! I do believe today is...Wednesday, right? I'm still on vacation in China! At this point I think I'm still in Mainland China. Hopefully I'm having fun O_o Remember that despite me being gone for the following weeks, the forums and commenting system is still open! I'm crossing my fingers that I could come back to the States with a lot of forum topics, emails, and comments to read...

Okay, today's page isn't that complicated. The E-Unit is still babbling about how his 'mommy' doesn't love him as much as his 'brothers.' Then Yasu gets prepared to dash forward on panel 2...then does a left uppercut on panel 3. Nothing too spectacular. I'm not very amused by fight scenes so I'll try to make this little scene quick. I honestly hate those action poses. Makes me think too much about posture and proportions.

Panel 2 is terrible. I swear, it looked really good in pencil...but after inking it – Yasu's chest looks terribly unnatural. This is why I hate inking...there's always that danger that you'll screw up the picture. You wouldn't believe how many times I've done that...take a perfectly beautiful sketch and mess it up with the pen. I especially hate inking the face because the slightest mistake will make the character look different from usual.

In case you haven't noticed, I've been pretty lazy with the shading due to fatigue. In case you missed one of my previous entries, I'm sitting here making nine pages in one day...so that I could set an automatic update schedule when I'm on vacation. Sure, some of you are probably thinking I'm just making excuses...but why don't you try planning, drawing, shading, and cleaning nine pages on one day? Yeah, that's right...it's not as easy as it sounds =/
